Normally we spend our New Year's Eve at home with the kids.  I usually make some favorite foods, we watch a movie or two, then we all fall asleep before the ball is even close to dropping! 

This year we decided to celebrate New Year's Eve with some friends, Rob and Mindy Galbreath.  We started the evening by going out to supper, and then ended up back at their house for games and snacks.  I even got a little festive when making my desserts! 

It was a great way to usher in the new year, and the kids had a blast staying at Grandma and Grandpa Weatherton's!
